  5. keep your face clean and try not to touch your face with your hands… alot of acne comes from dirt that clogs skin pores

I’m going to have to say time. if you want natural you’ll just have to wait out your pimples until you outgrow them.

Are you mad! That’s pure grease!! My only advice has to be diet! In other words, don’t eat anything greasy. Pizza is out. Chips are out. Are these your staple diet? Then there’s your answer. Good luck. (oh! and chocolate, sorry!)

Proactiv totally doesn’t work. What really works is that thing, Youthful essence. It got rid of my acne and made my pores invisible. It’s totally worth $40 for the trial.
Anyway, a NATURAL cure for acne is lemons. Wash your face with REAL lemons, not lemon juice, every morning and every night, that should take care of your acne. Just remember to keep your skin moisturized.
And yeah, sex works good too. It makes your skin glow ^.^

Acne is not caused by any bacteria on top of your skin, but the bacteria inside your body. I used to suffer from terrible breakouts, big boils, gross pimples on my back, and I went vegetarian and for 2 years, never had one pimple. Also, dairy products cause acne, so avoid ice cream, milk, and cheese. So, going Vegan would be even better for your skin.

Coconut oil is awful for your skin if you have acne. It clogs pores. I would reccomend drinking LOTS of water and eating lots of fruits and vegetables. Also, exercise helps too. Make sure you wash your face in AM and PM before bed and DO NOT TOUCH YOUR FACE with your hand! Toothpaste and visine are good for zits too.

  25. Sugars will aggravate acne as well, and most meat is full of hormones which can worsen acne conditions. There are alternatives though. Fish containing omega-3 fats, such as salmon, can ease adult acne conditions. Most leafy green vegetables, in addition to being totally innocuous as it pertains to acne, contain vitamins such as vitamin A that can help prevent acne.
Zinc intake can be increased naturally in many food products, namely vegetables and whole grains. While it is not entirely known why Zinc helps reduce acne, it is hypothesizes that it reduces the amount of testosterone in the body, which aggravates acne conditions.
